Roles We Offer

We have opportunities for:

  • Care Assistants providing one-to-one care and support in people’s homes.
  • Live-in Carers offering round-the-clock support for those who need it most.
  • Support Workers helping with daily activities, appointments, and community access.

Your responsibilities may include:

Local Focus

We’re based in Chichester, West Sussex and support clients across Bognor Regis, Chichester, and the surrounding towns and villages. That means you can work close to home and make an impact where it matters most.

Training & Support

No previous experience in care? That’s okay. We provide full, paid training before you start and ongoing learning once you’re with us. You’ll also have access to specialist courses, such as dementia care and end-of-life support, plus a dedicated manager to guide you.
